Please carefully read the following TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”). This agreement is between WolfPack’s MarketHacks (“Company”) and anybody who completes the registration process and accesses https://wpmarkethacks.com/ or wpquants.com websites/domains on the User’s computer (“User”) (or computers). Any third-party Brokerage business or Data Service is referred to as a “Vendor.” Any asset transacted with User’s Broker is referred to as “Security.” Stocks, futures contracts, single stock futures, options, futures options, FX (cash), mutual funds, CFDs (Contracts for Difference), bonds, commodities, and precious metals are all examples of this. The WolfPack’s MarketHacks applications and its connectivity to data services and/or third-party Brokerage Firms are referred to as the website/service (“Software”).
THE USER EXPRESSLY TENDS TO AGREE TO AND CONSENTS TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT BY CLICKING THE “Terms & Conditions” CHECKBOX WHILE OPTING FOR A FREE TRIAL BY SUBMITTING OPT-IN FORM AVAILABLE AT https://wpmarkethacks.com/opt-in/. THIS AGREEMENT HAS THE SAME ENFORCEABILITY AS ANY OTHER WRITTEN NEGOTIATED AGREEMENT SIGNED BY THE USER. THIS AGREEMENT APPLIES TO ALL VERSIONS OF THE SOFTWARE/SERVICE, INCLUDING BETA/PREMIUM VERSIONS AND UNOFFICIALLY RELEASED VERSIONS OF THE SOFTWARE/SERVICE. COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THIS AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME AND WILL POST SUCH CHANGES ON THE COMPANY’S WEBSITE. SAID AMENDMENTS MAY ONLY BE REJECTED BY REQUESTING TERMINATION OF ACCESS TO THE SOFTWARE/SERVICE BY THE USER.
Terms of Service
No changes. The modification, creation of derivative works, translation, reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or hacking of Software or any part thereof will not be undertaken, caused, permitted, or authorized by User.
Intellectual Property Ownership. The Software/Service is the intellectual property of, and owned by, WolfPack’s MarketHacks Pvt Ltd. The structure, organization and code are the valuable trade secrets and confidential information of WolfPack’s MarketHacks Pvt Ltd. The Software/Service is protected by law, including but not limited to the copyright laws of the India and other countries, and by international treaty provisions. This agreement does not grant you any intellectual property rights in the Software/Service and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by WolfPack’s MarketHacks Pvt Ltd.
The safety of the user’s computer. User is solely responsible for the security, confidentiality, and integrity of any messages and information received, sent, or stored through the Software/Service or on any computer or connected equipment used to access the Software/Service. Any permitted or unauthorized access to User’s account by any person, entity, partnership, organization, association, or other entity is exclusively the responsibility of User.
Terms of Trial, Auto-Billing, and Cancellation Policy
A free trial or introductory offer may be offered by some Services. If such an offer is made, only one single person or household may take advantage of it at any given moment. In addition, unless otherwise mentioned in the offer, there is a restriction of one trial per person. You will get access to the Service for the promotional trial time after signing up for a free trial.
You can cancel your trial registration by contacting Member Support at members support@wpquants.com
Until you notify us that you want to cancel your subscription, it will automatically renew at the then-current rate. Regardless of the promotion under which the subscription was launched, the majority of subscriptions will renew for monthly/yearly terms as per user’s initial subscription plan. Before we charge you for a membership period longer than three one month, we will send you an email with the length and price of your renewal. Monthly subscription terms will be alerted about future renewals time to time. Please contact Member Support if you want to turn off automatic renewal or extend your subscription for another selected term. YOU GIVE YOUR ELECTRONIC AUTHORIZATION FOR FUTURE CHARGES AGAINST YOUR CREDIT CARD ON WEBSITE PAY BY ALLOWING FOR YOUR RENEWAL.
Refunds
Different refund procedures apply to different services (and sometimes specific deals) (including some that offer no refunds). Please read the terms of your offer carefully before signing up, since you will be bound by them. Please contact Member Support if you have any questions about your cancellation rights.
There will not be any refund when customer opts for paid subscription post 14 days free trial period.
WolfPack’s MarketHacks occasionally makes its premium services available through third-party sellers. In such circumstances, the vendor’s return policy would apply, which could be different from your Service’s (or specific offer).
Transferring a Service; Terminating a Service
Except by bequest, you cannot transfer your subscription to another person. If a subscription is transferred, it will remain active until the end of its term, at which point it can be renewed at the then-current price and terms. Please contact Member Services for assistance in this scenario.
You agree that if WolfPack’s MarketHacks discontinues a Service, we may transfer your membership to another Service of equal or better value.
Representation of Users
User warrants and represents that he or she is a natural person who is capable of entering into this Agreement. If User is not a natural person, User warrants and represents that User (and each person using the System on your behalf) is duly organized and competent to do business under the applicable laws of the relevant jurisdiction, and User (and each person using the System on your behalf) is duly authorized to enter into this Agreement and take all actions contemplated hereby.
Your financial and investment decisions are your responsibilities.
One of the main tenets is that you are the best person to manage your wealth. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own investing research and decisions. You also agree that The WolfPack’s MarketHacks, its directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any investment decision or action made or taken by you or others as a result of news, information, opinion, or other content provided through our Services.
Copyright
Company or its suppliers own all title, including but not limited to copyrights, in and to the Software and any copies thereof. All title and intellectual property rights in and to content accessed through use of the Software are owned by the respective content owner and may be protected by copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. User has no rights to use such content under this agreement. All copyrights not expressly provided by the company are reserved.
No warranties
Any warranty for the Software is expressly disclaimed by the Company. The Software is given ‘as is,’ with no explicit or implied warranties of any kind, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, or fitness for a specific purpose. The Software is not guaranteed to be error-free or uninterrupted by the Company. The Company makes no representations or warranties about any results that may be gained via the use of the Software. Any information, text, graphics, links, or other items provided within the Software are not warranted or assumed to be accurate or complete by Company. Company provides no assurances regarding any damage that may result from the transmission of a computer virus, worm, time bomb, logic bomb, or other similar computer program. Company is not liable for User’s Security order, buy, or sale acts, either directly or indirectly. The user understands that trading securities carries risk, and that assets may be lost and are not covered.
No Personal Advice
We wish to assist you in making money. The WolfPack’s MarketHacks, on the other hand, does not provide personalized investment advice. We can’t know everything there is to know about you and your unique needs, therefore we can’t say or imply that any particular Service is right for you. As a result, you agree that any recommendation or action made by a Service does not imply that a specific security, strategy, or action is appropriate for you. You should obtain personal counsel from a certified investment advisor if you desire it.
Market strategies by WolfPack’s MarketHacks may form partnerships with other parties to make purchasing our Services’ recommendations easier for you. At your brokerage, we will not and cannot trade on your behalf. Only you can decide if a stock is good for you, and you agree to be responsible for any trades you make at your brokerage using resources provided by us or our partners.
The WolfPack’s MarketHacks affiliates offer personalized financial advice and products. These firms may endorse or own securities referenced in our reports. Our editorial staff has no non-public knowledge of our affiliates’ holdings or specific recommendations, and our affiliates’ staff has no knowledge of editorial content before it is published.
Liability Limitation
Even if Company has been advised of the possibility of such losses, Company shall not be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business disruption, or lost information) arising out of User’s use of or inability to use the Software. Company shall not be liable for data loss or any indirect, special, incidental, consequential (including lost profit) or other damages, whether based on contract, tort, or otherwise. Company will not be liable for any errors or omissions in the Software or any part of it, including but not limited to libel, infringements of publicity, privacy, or trademark rights, business interruption, personal injury, loss of privacy, moral rights, or the disclosure of confidential information. Company’s total responsibility for such damages shall in no instance exceed the total amounts paid by User to Company hereunder. Company is not liable, directly or indirectly, for any Vendor’s (Brokerage Firm or Data Service) compliance, or lack thereof, with any applicable laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, those governing or pertaining to securities trading.
Other Rights and Limitations are described below.
Copyright Notices are kept up to date. Any copyright notices on any and all copies of Software must not be removed or altered.
Publication. Third-party copies of the Software may not be distributed by the User.
Reverse engineering, decompilation, and disassembly are all prohibited. The Software may not be reverse engineered, decompiled, or disassembled by the user. User agrees not to attempt to reverse compile, modify, translate, or disassemble the Software in whole or in part, and if User is a company, User will use reasonable measures to prevent User’s employees and contractors from doing so. Failure to comply with the foregoing or any other terms and conditions set out herein shall result in the automatic termination of this license and the reversion to Company of the rights granted herein.
Services to assist you. Support services for the Software may be provided by the Company (“Support Services”). Any extra software code delivered to you as part of the Support Services is considered part of the Software and is subject to these terms and conditions.
Observance of all applicable laws. You must abide by all applicable laws when using the Software.
Partial Invalidity/Severability If any provision of this Agreement is found to be illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the greatest degree practicable, while the remaining sections will continue to be fully effective and enforceable. If any term or provision of this Agreement is found to be defective, void, or unenforceable in its entirety or in a specific application, the remainder of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
The company has assigned the task. Company may assign this Agreement or any rights under it to any Affiliate at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
